Delivery Policy

Please note that delivery times are provided as an indication only for orders where all items are available at the time of order. Unexpected delays from our mail carriers may affect the times stated here.

At Abundant Life Christian Bookstore we use Australia Post for all deliveries unless otherwise requested by the customer. If a customer requests delivery to be made to them, via any other carrier other than Australia Post, then the items will be delivered at whatever the rate is that the carrier the customer nominates stipulates.

Please see below a table with estimated delivery times, in all cases we will endeavour to adhere to these times however the customer needs to allow for mitigating circumstances that may affect these times, such as Christmas postage delays. With this in mind it will be the responsibility of the customer to place their order with enough time to reach its destination e.g. in the case of a birthday.

Express Delivery

Express Post is also available to most areas within Australia. However, this will be limited by Australia Post guidelines.  
Orders placed before 2pm AEDST will receive priority processing and will usually arrive within 1 to 2 business days of the order being shipped, providing that the item is in stock. Stock figures displayed on Abundant Life Christian Bookstore's website, accurately represent our online store availability. However, stock levels can sell quickly at times and may not be available to fill your order when placed. In this event your order will be placed on backorder and we will endevour to obtain your item and ship it as quickly as possible. 
Out of stock items or items will affect the express shipping option. Only the first part of your order will be sent express; items on backorder will be sent out post-free, as they are made available but not express shipped. We advise that you make sure that the total stock quantity you require is available to ensure your order is not delayed. It may be worth placing a phone call to Abundant Life Christian Bookstore to double check indicated stock numbers.

International Delivery & Shipping​

New Zealand: Please allow 7 - 21 working days for orders shipped to New Zealand.

Please allow 3 - 6 weeks for all international orders other than New Zealand​

International Australia Post rates will apply to all overseas orders.
