WHAT can be returned? At Abundant Life Christian Bookstore we want all our customers to be confident and happy with their purchases, so, all our products are returnable for a full refund or credit, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were sold.

WHEN do items need to be returned by? ​If for any reason a product or products purchased from Abundant Life Christian Bookstore, fail to meet your expectations, feel free to return it to us for a complete refund or exchange up to 60 days from the date of your purchase when accompanied by a valid receipt. ​

WHERE do items need to be returned to? ​All Items to be returned can be returned to Abundant Life Christian Bookstore located at Good Shepherd Baptist Church 185 Old Northern Road, Albany Creek Qld 4035.

HOW do customers return items? ​To return any item or items to Abundant Life Christian Bookstore, you can simply call at the store during business hours. 

SHIPPING for returns? Unfortunately original shipping rates are not refundable and customers are responsible for own shipping on returns should they not be able to return them personally to Abundant Life Christian Bookstore.

REFUND or CREDIT for returns? ​Items returned to Abundant Life Christian Bookstore can either be refunded in cash, or a credit issued on credit card.

Instore return option? ​Location for all returns to Abundant Life Christian Bookstore is - Abundant Life Christian Bookstore, Connection Cafe building, Good Shepherd Baptist Church, 185 Old Northern Road, Albany Creek, Qld 4035.

Packing materials? ​Where possible unless there are extenuating circumstances all Items returned to Abundant Life Christian Bookstore need to be returned in same condition as sold and in its original packaging.
